INTERMEDIATE LEVEl🔥
Become a better player!
An Intermediate Player has enough ball control to play a decent game and understands the basic block-defense cordination. The athlet knows about the reception zone and where to set the ball. He/she is able to do basic attacks against the opponent team.
In the Intermediate Trainings we focus on Tactical Exercises and work on:
- Jump service
- High line shots
- Cut shots
- Spike in line & diagonal
- Better Ball Control

ADVANCED LEVEL 🏆
Get ready to compete!
You will get a fix partner and a training plan.
In the Advanced Trainings we focus on
Tactical Exercises and Gameplay:
- Block in diagonal
- Fakes
- Advanced attack positions
- Maximum Pressure on opponent team
- Improve defensive skills
- Fitness exercises
- Tournament preparation
